What do beta testers get?
Pro tier free for one year (normally $12/month = $144 value), plus the option to upgrade to Elite tier for just $9/month instead of the regular $29/month (70% discount). You'll also have direct influence on product development and priority support.
Who should apply?
We're looking for ultra runners, crew members, and race directors with experience in ultra events. You should be willing to provide detailed feedback and test the platform during actual races.
What's the time commitment?
We ask for 2-3 hours of testing per month, plus feedback after using UltraCrew during actual races. The beta program runs for 3-6 months.
What happens after the beta year?
After your free Pro year ends, you can continue with Pro at the regular $12/month, downgrade to the free Starter tier, or upgrade to Elite at the discounted $9/month rate (available only to beta testers).
